All the shipping prices are calculated to be the cheapest option, this doesn’t include the returns delivery option, which means customers will have to pay to return any unwanted or faulty item to us.
We accept returns within 30 days from invoice date, only brand new items with original labels and packaging.
We do not accept used items, when possible we can offer to fix the handbags for you, free of charge (ask if possible by email with some pictures) and we send it back only if another order is placed.
